When people find out that I own and work in the commercial cleaning industry, I'm often asked, "is it boring?", "do you wish you were in another field?" and the most asked question, "do you do residential?". The answer to all 3 of these questions is NO! Commercial services requires me to use all of my talents; marketing, sales, customer service, logistics, planning, and budgeting. Squeak E Clean has become successful because Mario and I spend a lot of time thinking of new ways to meet, court, and maintain our clients ever changing needs. We look at the relationship with each client as an individual one. We regularly review each building, notate the nuances and what we can do to keep each building as well maintained as possible.
